Happy New Year -- January Update
Happy New Year!
We are only one month into 2024 and the Lord has already answered many of my prayers.
For the past couple of months, I have been working with a couple of people from OMS to set up a support-raising trip to Columbus, Georgia. We have finally set the time for me to travel there at the beginning of March. I am looking forward to making great connections with the community in the Columbus area as I work to reach my funding goal.
Another prayer that has been answered is reaching 75% of my needed monthly funding! This means that I can now plan to leave in May of this year! Praise the Lord! This has been a long time coming, and I am so excited for the time to finally be here. At the beginning of this process, I was so focused on my own timing and was a little discouraged when the timing I wanted passed. But, I am so thankful that God is the one with perfect timing.
With a May departure date, I have about 3 months to raise the last 25% of my needed funds. Would you pray that people would feel the call to pledge monthly financial support before I leave in May?

- The Lord continues to provide me with connections and new opportunities to share my story and the vision He has for Budapest.
- I have reached the 75% mark in my funding and can now start looking at visas, making packing lists, and looking at plans for when I arrive in Budapest.
Prayer Requests:
- Please pray that the last 25% of my needed funding can come in before arriving in Budapest in May.
- Please pray that I can continue making new connections with potential financial partners.
- Please pray for the support-raising trip in March. I will be driving down to Columbus, GA, to spend about a week connecting with individuals, as well as a few churches. Please pray that this time is fruitful and can bring me closer to my monthly financial goal.
Thank you so much for your continued prayers and support! The Lord has moved in mighty ways, and I have felt so loved and encouraged by your words and actions throughout this season. I am excited to continue updating you as my funding is completed and I begin to make plans for my arrival in Budapest.
